FX Face Lift is simply our name for HIFU Non-Surgical Facelift. Both names refer to the same focused-ultrasound treatment, not separate procedures or a combination of treatments.

HIFU delivers precise points of focused ultrasound energy to set depths beneath the skin, including the SMAS (superficial muscular aponeurotic system), the fibrous layer that holds the lower face and neck in place. Each point creates a small zone of heat that the body responds to by building new collagen and tightening existing fibres.

Because the energy is focused below the surface, the top layer of skin is left intact. That is why most people can go back to work the same day. Changes develop gradually, with the aim of improving firmness along the jawline, under the chin and around the brow.

What to expect

We start with a free consultation to check that HIFU is the right tool for your goals. On treatment day we cleanse the skin, map the areas and apply a cool gel. The handpiece is moved along each zone in lines; you will feel warm, prickly pulses that are strongest over bony areas. A face and neck session typically takes 45 to 75 minutes.

We take time with your care. Our founder, Manochehr Samya Kalantari, RN, has more than 30 years in health care. He explains each step, answers your questions and talks through aftercare before you leave.

Results & downtime

Some people notice a subtle lift right away. Further changes develop as new collagen builds over 8 to 12 weeks. Results typically last around a year. HIFU does not replace surgery for significant sagging, and we will tell you honestly if we think your goals need a different approach. Individual results vary.

Downtime: Usually none. Mild redness, swelling or tenderness can last a few hours to a few days. Makeup can be applied the same day.

How many sessions?

Most clients have one session, then maintain yearly. Clients with more laxity sometimes choose a second session after three months. Your exact plan depends on your goals and how your skin responds, and we will adjust it as we go rather than sell you a package you do not need.
