Target stubborn pockets of fat, without surgery.

Fat Dissolving Injections (PCDC)

What to expect

  • Targets small, stubborn fat pockets under the chin and elsewhere
  • A non-surgical alternative for localized contouring
  • Results build gradually across a short series of sessions
  • No incisions and a quick return to daily activities

Fat dissolving injections use a compound called PCDC, or phosphatidylcholine deoxycholate, to gently break down fat cells in a targeted area. It is best suited to small, stubborn pockets, such as under the chin, that have not responded to diet and exercise, rather than significant weight loss.

Treatment is delivered through a series of small injections directly into the area, typically spaced several weeks apart to allow the body to clear the treated fat naturally between sessions. Mild swelling, tenderness, or firmness in the area for a few days is a normal part of the process.

Because the change happens gradually, most women plan for a short series of appointments rather than expecting a single visit to complete the contouring. Your care team will map out the right number of sessions for your goals at your consultation.
